“Lougawou” is a registered trademark of Angelinsight, the company publishing this page, the app and the game's universe. The visuals, texts and music presented here are protected.

What we collect

The email address you leave to be notified at launch — and, if you contribute on the Support page, your first name, as passed along by the payment. No account, no profiling, no data ever sold.

What we do with it

Write to you when the app launches, and for the great news of the universe (single, anime, card game). This rests on your consent: every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To contributors on the Support page, we send project news under the customer relationship — object anytime via the unsubscribe link; only the emails tied to fulfilling your contribution (confirmation, unlock code, refund) are sent in all cases.

Retention & sharing

Your address is kept until you unsubscribe, and at most 24 months after launch without any interaction from you. It lives in the product's database, hosted in the European Union (Supabase); this page is served by Vercel. It is neither sold nor rented; only we and our technical processors can access it — tomorrow, the provider routing our emails.

Cookies & trackers

No cookies, no third-party trackers, no banner to click. Your device locally remembers a few technical preferences (your language, where you paused the music excerpt) — they never leave your browser. Our own audience measurement writes nothing at all on your device: see below.

Measuring our audience

We count visits to know what works: how many people come, through which link, which pages they read, where they stop. This measurement is ours alone — no third-party tool, no advertising, nothing shared or sold. Your device receives neither cookie nor identifier: your visit is tied to a technical key recomputed every day, which cannot recognise you from one day to the next. Neither your IP address nor your browsing is kept. If you leave your address or contribute to the project, we link that visit to your registration, to know how you found us: this rests on our legitimate interest in understanding what keeps the project alive, and you may object at any time by writing to contact@lougawou.app — the link is erased, your journey becomes anonymous again, and your registration is unaffected. The detail of visits is erased after twelve months; only counts per day, per source link and per page remain, and they hold no personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your address, withdraw your consent, and object to the linking described above. Write to us at contact@lougawou.app, or via Instagram @lougawou.app.

To withdraw your consent on your own, request your unsubscribe link: it will be sent to you by email.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
